Overall I am giving this condo 5 Stars. The rating isn’t solely based on the condo, but also based on the host and their responsiveness. Pros: 1. The host was super responsive and helpful. We experienced a broken refrigerator and freezer mishap and lost all of our food. The host was prompt to have it repaired AND refund the estimated food cost. 2. The beach was extremely quiet and essentially private. 3. We were in close proximity to all the things we enjoy going to in North Myrtle 4. The room was very clean. All amenities listed were available. Cons: 1. While the condo was listed as “ground level” it is NOT handicap accessible. You still had to go up and down 8 steps to reach the condo. This made it difficult for an elderly member of our group who is barely walking. 2. The pool is located BEHIND the condo off the street. No sun over the pool until around 1:30/2 3. The patio furniture was essentially unusable due to its height and oversized cushions 4. Parking was very tight!!!

Great condo! Comfy, great beach access, great location. The beds were amazing! This part of the beach was far less crowded than others. A short drive to food & shops. Clear instructions & good communication. Would book again.

We've been staying in these types of condos for 20 years in NMB, and this has been by far THE BEST. We WILL be back! The place! 1. Very clean! 2. Lux vinal plank flooring (LVP) throughout! 3. New appliances 4. Decor is minimalistic and uncluttered (West Elm vibe). 5. Open-Storage under Kitchen Bench was the IDEAL catch-all for cases of bottled waters/pops, box of chips, and empty luggage. 6. Large Walk-In shower in Master Bath! 7. Master BR has separate sink/countertop/dress area outside of the Toilet/Shower/Sink area - making ideal for 2 people getting ready at the same time. 8. Window blinds are very well made - some are really built-in shutters - very quaint and easy to use. Pool and Facility Maintenance. - There was someone there almost daily cleaning pool and running vacuum to pick up sand along the condo entrances areas and walkways. - Drive way is steep - van scraped with hitch. - Newer Beach Walkway - always a good thing! Communication - Very responsive!
