NORTH TOWER POOL: Open May-October from 9:00a (EST) to 10:00p (EST). A pass will be inside our home for your access into the pool deck area. A lost or stolen pass will result in a $350.00 USD replacement fee and will be charged to the card you have on file to book your reservation.

NORTH TOWER HOT TUB: Open year round. The pass provided will be needed to gain access. A lost or stolen pass will result in a $350.00 USD replacement fee and will be charged to the card you have on file to book your reservation.

HAVENS COMMUNITY POOL: Open from 4/1 - 10/1 from 7:00a (EST) to sunset. A pool pass is required for access and will be provided within our home. A lost or stolen pass will result in a $350.00 USD replacement fee and will be charged to the card you have on file to book your reservation.

PARKING: (2) vehicles are permitted to park in the back row across from our building location. NO PARKING IN FRONT OF ANY GARAGES, AS YOUR CAR COULD BE TOWED.
